Duties & Responsibilities: Examination Administration Receive, process, and securely store all examinations both physical and digital Tracking all incoming and outgoing exams and exam materials Preparation, Implementation and adherence of exam schedules Supervise invigilators in exam rooms and guide on exams issues in the venues during end-ofsemester examination. Manage examination venues during the examination sessions Data and Record Management Collect data required for preparation of exams reports Archive marked exams scripts Record, file and safeguard examination related materials in both soft and hard copy Preparation of Faculty Board meetings Secretariate of the Faculty Board and Departmental meetings Management and resolution of examinations results. Organize graduation process and quality assurance. General Administration Facilitate logistical planning for internal and external moderation processes. Facilitate examination and CAT timetabling, processing and administration. Transcription and certification of graduation and non- merit Certificates Processing. Payment’s processing. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or any other relevant field Experience: Between 1-3 years’ experience
