The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating proposals for potential customers. The role also involves conducting financial analyses, evaluating loan applications, ensuring excellent customer service, and delivering effective communication to enhance the client experience. The Business Development Officer will work closely with the team to meet and exceed business targets. Qualifications Expertise in New Business Development and identifying potential market opportunities Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial evaluation and interpretation Solid understanding of Finance principles and loan processes Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve individual as well as team goals Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field Prior experience in banking, lending, or financial services is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
