Key Responsibilities Build a regional market insights hub covering category trends, pricing, consumer behavior, and competitor mapping. Consolidate channel and SKU-level performance data from all markets into a unified dashboard. Identify early opportunities for new categories/brands. Support vendor sourcing with data-backed category gap analyses. Measure the commercial impact of marketing and trade activities. Present monthly insights to the regional management team. Requirements 3–5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or category management. Expert in Excel/PowerBI (or similar), with analytical storytelling skills. Experience in FMCG or market research preferred. Based in Nairobi. Frequent travelling in East Africa.
