Our core business is to provide our corporate clients with human capital solutions that result in measurably improved employee and organizational performance while minimizing employment practice risk. â≹ THE ROLE Build and lead a team of 3 Field Sales Agents across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania Personally manage key accounts while coaching your team to exceed targets Implement CRM systems and establish data-driven sales processes Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion Develop deep expertise in flexographic printing, packaging materials, and converting Contribute to strategic expansion into Rwanda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia Report directly to the Managing Director with clear path to Sales & Marketing Director WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5-8 years experience with 3+ years in B2B sales leadership Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets with numbers to prove it Experience managing and developing sales teams of 3+ people Technical sales aptitude – ability to learn and sell packaging/print solutions Deep knowledge of Kenyan business culture and at least one other East African market CRM experience (Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho) is a STRONG advantage Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 40-50% across East Africa Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, excited by challenge
