UNICEF is funded entirely by the voluntary contributions of individuals, businesses, foundations and governments.Summary of key functions/accountabilities: Provide Technical support to UNICEF Country Offices on management of the Supply Planning and monitoring. Supply Chain service delivery and emergency response Collaboration with Country office programme, Supply teams and implementing partners. Technical, advisory support to government/national systems Innovation, products, and markets To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…  Minimum requirements Education:  Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Supply/Purchasing,Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Contract/Commercial Law, International Development, Health, Social Sciences and any other related fields. Work Experience:  At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Supply Management/Contracting/Logistics, Administration, Procurement, Contracting, Emergency and any other related fields. Skills:  Analysis, Coordination, Critical Thinking, Risk Assessment, Supply Planning, Technical Support are required. Language Requirements:  Fluency in English is required.  Desirables Language: Knowledge of French is considered as an asset. Experience in Strategic, Monitoring, Capacity Building, Government Advisory Support, Evaluation are considered as an asset. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
