This role is essential to delivering a higher level of care by ensuring strong compatibility between clients and caregivers while maintaining high standards of customer and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, responsive, and thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment with complex scheduling demands. Prior experience in healthcare or medical administration is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Client & Caregiver Coordination Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources Communicate clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with clients, caregivers, physicians, and discharge nurses Protect and promote the integrity and reputation of the company Scheduling & Staffing Manage ongoing client staffing and scheduling for new and existing engagements Ensure compatible client‑caregiver matches Manage staff absences and last‑minute schedule changes to maintain full coverage Conduct new client intakes and onboarding coordination Operations & Case Management Answer and manage office phone communications professionally Perform case management activities as required Arbitrate employment‑related issues affecting field staff and clients Complete administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and office coordination Required Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional telephone presence with warmth and empathy Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Highly motivated self‑starter with the ability to work independently Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Education & Experience College degree preferred Prior experience in medical, healthcare, or home health environments strongly preferred Knowledge of medical terminology Strong customer service background Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex scheduling demands Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
