Leadership & Team Performance: Lead production teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Quality Control & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to quality standards, resolve production issues, and drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety standards, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
