The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure, while introducing modern technologies, automation tools, and intelligent digital solutions. The role requires a balance of strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and high integrity to ensure seamless operations and effective support to all staff. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 3–4 years’ work experience in the travel industry or a similar operational environment Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, systems support, and cybersecurity Experience supporting enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or business-critical applications Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills Relevant IT or digital technology certifications Exposure to automation tools, data platforms, and emerging technologies Experience with ERP or booking systems (Tour Plan experience is an advantage) Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation Tour Plan & Systems Support Support system implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization Assist with data migration, validation, and testing processes Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance Collaborate with operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues Ideal Candidate Digitally savvy, proactive, and highly service-oriented Passionate about emerging technologies, automation, and continuous improvement Strong team player with the ability to train, guide, and support colleagues Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and accountability Comfortable balancing hands-on IT support with system enhancement initiatives Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Project coordination and vendor management skills Process improvement mindset Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
