As an integral part of our product development team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all platforms. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional design solutions. Communicate design concepts effectively through presentations, mockups, and design documentation. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design assumptions. Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs and business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. Identify areas for improvement and optimize designs based on user feedback and usability findings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Design or related field. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or XD. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design and information architecture. Experience designing for cloud-based applications or enterprise software solutions is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
