Job Summary To oversee and build quality management systems that will ensure products meet standards created together with supplier, business and in-house development engineers through inspections, audits, and process improvements. Job Details Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, GMP or similar. Oversee QC procedures to detect defects, inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Lead internal and external audits, investigating quality deviations to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions. Supervise, train, and mentor QA/QC inspectors, technicians, and laboratory staff. Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends, gaps in testing, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to establish material standards and monitor compliance. Requirements Lean 6 Sigma, Certified Quality Auditor or Engineer, ISO 9001 Quality Auditor.  10–15+ years in quality control or assurance, with several years in a management capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis software. Good understanding of Kenyan regulatory standards Strong leadership skills Ability to communicate with senior management Attention to detail Great problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science or a related field.
