Seated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, KPMG employs 174,000 people and has three lines of services: audit, tax, and advisory.Position Summary The Platform Transformation Lead is an Associate director-level role responsible for owning and driving KPMG's revenue from enterprise platform transformation mandates - specifically Microsoft (Azure, M365, Dynamics), ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle - across African markets. This role bridges the commercial pursuit of large platform deals with hands-on delivery leadership, ensuring that KPMG's platform practice is commercially productive, technically credible, and alliance aligned. The Platform Transformation Lead is a key revenue contributor within Block A and a critical anchor for KPMG's relationships with its four primary technology alliance partners. Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering. Certification on at least one primary alliance platform (Microsoft Azure/M365, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle Cloud) required. Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise platform consulting, with at least 5 years at Director or equivalent level. Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform transformation programmes (ERP, cloud, ITSM) for enterprise or government clients in Africa. Experience managing alliance partner relationships in a revenue-generating context. Proficiency in English; French an advantage.
