Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is the fastest growing Human Resources and Management consulting firm that offers an array of hr solutions tailored to accurately address all the human resource and management needs of any organization.Position Overview Our client, operating within the business management sector, is seeking to recruit experienced HR Consultants to support organizations across the East Africa region. The role involves delivering end-to-end human resource support, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with local labour laws and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases. HR Administration Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Maintain HR systems and prepare reports. Employee Relations Handle employee HR inquiries and support engagement initiatives. Assist in resolving employee relations issues. Performance Management Support performance appraisal processes and tracking. Training & Development Coordinate staff training and development programs. Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies. Support policy implementation and review. Payroll & Leave Administration Maintain leave records and support payroll processes. Ensure statutory compliance and documentation. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Human Resource Professional – Kenya (CHRP-K) is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably within a structured or academic environment. Key Competencies Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices Excellent organizational and administrative skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems
