Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist located in Ngecha Tigoni ward. The Clinical Psychologist will provide therapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups, conduct psychological assessments and testing, and develop personalized treatment plans. They will oversee clinical supervision, offering guidance to junior staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive care. Additional responsibilities include documenting client progress and contributing to the continuous development of programs and services offered by the center.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling Psychology Proficiency in administering and interpreting Psychological Testing Clinical Supervision experience to mentor and guide other team members Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or related field Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a Clinical Psychologist Knowledge of evidence-based practices and approaches to mental health care Experience in addiction counseling or rehabilitation settings is an asset
