Our clients invest €250,000–€800,000+ and receive residency or citizenship for themselves and their families — gaining Schengen access, euro-denominated assets, and long-term optionality.

Founded by Andreas Afeldt, based full-time in Athens, who has spent over a decade working with high-net-worth clients across international markets. PassBeyond sits between global institutional scale and personal, founder-led trust — with deep local knowledge in Greece and cultural fluency across every market we serve.

The Role: Bring Your Network. We Bring Everything Else.

This is not a traditional sales role, and we are not building a call centre. We are looking exclusively for individuals who have already spent years — sometimes decades — building a personal network of high-net-worth entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and senior professionals.

Your network is the asset. Our job is to make it more valuable.

If you already move in the right circles, we give you a credible, high-value opportunity to introduce to the people who already trust you — backed by a full operational engine in Athens that handles legal, transactional, and immigration work for you.

You will: • Introduce PassBeyond to high-net-worth individuals already in your personal network • Activate dormant relationships with a substantive reason to reconnect • Help clients understand the real numbers, real timelines, and real risks — so they can make an informed decision • Walk alongside clients from first conversation through to permit in hand • Build trust through genuine conversation — not scripts or pressure tactics • Work remotely with full support from our Athens headquarters

We are not looking for cold-callers, lead-chasers, or people hoping to build a network from scratch on the job. We are looking for trusted connectors who already have one.

Who Our Clients Are

• Entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors with €250,000–€800,000+ to invest • Self-made successes who built wealth through talent and persistence • Often from environments where institutions have failed them — they are sceptical for good reason • Looking for optionality: security, Schengen access, European education, and peace of mind for their families • They value relationships over transactions and will not be rushed or pressured

What We're Looking For

Essential: • An established personal network of high-net-worth individuals you can credibly introduce to a serious opportunity — this is non-negotiable • Cultural fluency — you genuinely belong to the communities you would serve, not just market to them • Fluent English (written and verbal) • Comfortable with commission-only compensation • Integrity — you would rather lose a deal than mislead someone in your network

Highly Desirable: • Experience in real estate, immigration, wealth management, or financial services Backgrounds that often do well: • Business owners and entrepreneurs with peer networks of fellow founders • Private bankers and wealth managers with a client book they can speak to independently • Lawyers and accountants serving affluent clients • Real estate professionals active in investment or luxury markets • Community leaders and well-connected professionals with genuine standing in diaspora or HNW communities
