Job Purpose: To support the Production Manager in ensuring efficient, consistent and high quality manufacture of black CTC tea Qualifications & Experience I. Diploma or degree in Food science, Agriculture, Engineering or related field. II. Proven experience at least Three (3) years’ experience in tea Manufacturing. III. Strong leadership and managerial skills. IV. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. V. Production Planning and execution VI. Supervision and team coordination VII. Manufacturing data and Process control VIII. Quality assurance IX. Maintenance coordination KEY TASKS: a) Assist in panning and coordinating daily production schedules. b) Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures across all sections c) Directly supervise and coordinate the work of production supervisors d) Ensure proper shift planning, shift deployment and discipline on the factory floor. e) Maintain records of firewood procurement, delivery, stock levels and consumption f) Monitor key Production parameters and highlight variances or inefficiencies. g) Liaise with mechanical team to ensure timely maintenance of Machinery h) Enforce occupational health and safety standards in all production areas. i) Monitor Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accuracy and timeliness. j) Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry requirements k) Performing any other duty as may be assigned from time to time Interested qualified candidates should submit their applications enclosing detailed Curriculum Vitae, daytime telephone contacts, names and contacts of three referees, copies of relevant professional and academic certificates and testimonials to be received before 8th May 2026.
