Mission To transform the livelihood of the people of Kisumu county on a foundation of integrity through accountable, efficient and effective leadership that invokes participation and pursuit of quality services, for a prosperous county that is a harbor of excellence  Requirements for appointments For appointments to this grade a candidate must have: - Kenyan Citizenship Cumulative service period of three (3) years’ work experience at the grade of Registered Clinical Officer-Anesthetist I! or in a comparable position, ; Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or Clinical Medicine and Community Health or its equivalent from a recognized institution Higher Diploma in Anaesthesia or any other equivalent and relewant qualifications from a recognized institution; Certificate of registration from the Clinical Officers Council: Annual retention certificate; Proficiency in Computer applications; and Shown merit and ability 2s reflected in work performance arid results.
