Mission To transform the livelihood of the people of Kisumu county on a foundation of integrity through accountable, efficient and effective leadership that invokes participation and pursuit of quality services, for a prosperous county that is a harbor of excellence Duties and Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:- Receiving patients at the hospital Registering and booking appointment to clinics and consultants Storing and retrieving medical records Gathering data from different sources Capturing data from service points Maintaining record safety and confidentiality Balancing daily bed returns Creating, maintaining and updating master index Directing patients to relevant clinics Scheduling patients to the consultant and speciality ciinics Assigning codes to diseases and surgical procedures according to International Statistical classification of diseases and procedures in medicine, and preparing medical records and reports. Requirements for appointments For appointments to this grade a candidate must have:- Kenyan Citizenship Diploma in Health Records and Information MEAS eknTe tt from a recognized institution; and Proficiency in computer applications
