Mission To transform the livelihood of the people of Kisumu county on a foundation of integrity through accountable, efficient and effective leadership that invokes participation and pursuit of quality services, for a prosperous county that is a harbor of excellence Requirements for Appointment: For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: ~  Kenyan Citizenship Served in the grade of Hydrologist II Job Group K or its equivalent for a minimum period of three (3) years or in a comparable and relevant position; Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Hydrology, Geology (with relevant hydrogeology focus); Geoscience with concentration in hydrogeological or ground water science or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Proven competence and merit in work performance Strong communication, analytical and supervisory, skills Knowledge of relevant legislation and professional! standards Proficiency in computer applications.
