Mission To transform the livelihood of the people of Kisumu county on a foundation of integrity through accountable, efficient and effective leadership that invokes participation and pursuit of quality services, for a prosperous county that is a harbor of excellence  Requirements for Appointment: For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: - Kenyan Citizenship Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines:-~ Water Engineering, Civil Engineering or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Minimum three (3) years relevant experience, Registration with Engineers Board of Kenya Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Water CAD) Proficiency in computer applications and project management.
