Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive (Logistics / IOR) role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The position involves providing exceptional customer support and service, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations, and overseeing the end-to-end process of IOR services to ensure compliance and efficiency.
