You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers on their motor vehicle financing repayments — guiding them through their obligations, working through challenges constructively, and ensuring accounts are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is ambitious, composed under pressure, and committed to building a career in asset finance. Key Responsibilities Own the customer repayment journey — from proactive follow-up on upcoming installments to structured resolution of overdue accounts. Engage customers in meaningful repayment conversations, negotiating realistic arrangements and recommending restructuring of financing agreements where the situation warrants it. Maintain a disciplined and accurate record of all account activity including repayments, defaults, repossessions, and recoveries. Initiate formal recovery procedures where required, including preparation of demand letters and active coordination with auctioneers and legal counsel. Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve account matters efficiently, escalating complex or high-risk cases through the appropriate channels. Academic Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. CPA qualification is an added advantage. Professional Requirements Prior exposure to credit management or asset finance is an advantage — candidates without this background are encouraged to apply and will receive structured onboarding. Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of client interactions with professionalism and consistency.
