Tasks and Responsibilities: Analyzing, formulating and documenting all activities of the organization. Ensuring the planned organization structure is implemented. Ensuring that the organizations administrative support needs are delivered in a timely and high-quality fashion. Monitor and ensure all controls within the organization and provide reports to the Managing Director. Analyze and design Job positions and draft job descriptions. Document all processes, procedures & systems by using flow charts, notes, template forms etc.     Education & Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience in process improvement or business analysis roles is highly desirable.     Competencies: Strong Passion/Personal drive to succeed and progress into leadership positions. Results oriented –Has delivered exceptional performance over the past 3 years. Excellent communication skills. Strong relationship management skills People management and development skills. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Consistent drive for delivery of results under pressure. Operations Management and Business Administration skills Personal Attributes: Personal ethics: must be an honest individual and have a high level of integrity. Result oriented; not minding being measured and judged by performance results. Mature temperament: demonstrated ability to work diplomatically, harmoniously and effectively with a diverse group of people.
