Staff recruitment, training and motivation Guest Experience - handling of our esteemed VIP guests and ensuring high quality experience Guest Complaints - handle promptly and professionally all guest issues to logical conclusion Inventory Management-monitor inventory levels and stock controls for food and drinks - initiate procurement requests Coordination - facilitate coordination across all departments - including promotions, security, service, production and entertainment to enhance customer experience Ensure compliance of healthy, safety and licensing regulations Maintain cleanliness, ambience, overall set up and standards of the club
