The role ensures effective pest elimination, client satisfaction, and adherence to health and environmental safety standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, safety-conscious, disciplined, client-presentable, physically fit, reliable under minimal supervision, flexible with schedules and has strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough pre-service inspections of client premises to identify pest types, assess infestation levels, determine affected areas, and evaluate potential safety risks prior to service execution. Confirm client instructions and scope of work before commencing any treatment and recommend appropriate treatment methods and chemicals based on the nature and severity of the infestation. Perform fumigation, spraying, baiting, and other pest control treatments across residential, commercial, and industrial premises in accordance with approved procedures. Apply chemicals strictly in line with approved dosage requirements, correct dilution ratios, and established safety standards to ensure effective and safe treatment. Use appropriate equipment and techniques suited to the specific treatment environment and ensure proper sealing and ventilation of treated areas where required. Adhere strictly to all chemical safety guidelines, manufacturer instructions, public health regulations, and environmental safety standards at all times. Wear and properly maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) during all service operations to minimize health and safety risks. Ensure safe storage, handling, and transportation of fumigation chemicals and report any exposure incidents, safety hazards, or accidents immediately. Explain the treatment process clearly to clients, provide post-treatment precautions, and offer guidance on safety measures following fumigation. Respond professionally to client questions and concerns while maintaining a positive company image and high standards of conduct at all times. Capture before-and-after photographs where required to support service documentation and quality assurance processes. Complete accurate job sheets and log in details in the system after each service, record chemical usage per site, and maintain detailed daily service logs. Document recurring infestation cases and prepare periodic field reports and updates for submission to the supervisor. Inspect fumigation equipment before and after use, maintain sprayers, fogging machines, and related tools in proper working condition, and report any damaged equipment immediately. Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and storage of all equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned service vehicle. Assist in emergency pest control call-outs, support team members during large-scale fumigation projects, and participate in ongoing training on new treatment techniques and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Environmental Health, Public Health, or related technical field. Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety procedures. Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in fumigation or pest control services. Must hold a valid driving license; possession of a motorbike license is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability. Flexible and comfortable working over extended shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Additional Benefits & Conditions Commissions provided on sales: 10% from self-generated leads, 3% from affiliate leads and 10% on upsell. Candidates will undergo 1 month of training. Provision of a bonded contract following training, with a 24-month retention period. Candidates must provide guarantors to cover liability in case of default.
