The selected candidate will be responsible for managing store operations by monitoring inventory, organizing staff work schedules, and preparation of store performance reports. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receiving and checking all the materials procured from suppliers. Co-ordinating with user departments for loading and offloading operations. Ensuring safe custody of material in the store. Create/ supervise GRN, rejection issue/ transfer posting and returnable materials. Monitoring material movement and conduct spot checks to ensure conformity with the issue voucher. Conducting periodic stock taking of material in the stores. Enforcing good housekeeping practices in the stores. Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety regulations at the work place. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree holder in Supply Chain management or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level. Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office suit. Strong communication both in verbal and writing. Awareness of Occupational Safety & Health Act 2007.
