This role focuses on material testing, analysis, and supporting continuous improvement of production quality. Key Responsibilities Conduct testing of raw materials to ensure quality and suitability for production. Develop and improve material formulations for better product performance. Prepare samples and carry out laboratory tests in line with established standards. Accurately record, analyze, and report test results. Identify defects and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance efficiency and output. Maintain compliance with safety and quality procedures. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in chemistry/Industrial Chemistry/Ceramic Engineering / Materials Science or any other related field. Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or material testing environment.
