We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to join our team. The right candidate has a clear, results-focused approach to creative work — combining a strong understanding of consumer behaviour with the ability to produce content that consistently drives results. Key responsibilities Develop high-converting creative concepts based on consumer insights, product positioning, and competitor research. Write clear, persuasive scripts built around strong value propositions, consumer objections, and effective calls to action. Review creative performance data to understand what is working and use those findings to inform the next brief. Plan and run structured creative tests — keeping variables controlled, reading results accurately, and scaling what performs well. Give clear direction to production teams, editors, and on-screen talent to ensure the final output meets the creative brief. Regularly review competitor creative to identify angles, formats, and messaging worth testing. Candidate profile Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative strategy or content role within ecommerce or a direct-to-consumer brand, with a clear track record of results. Able to write focused creative briefs that clearly communicate product benefits, audience insights, and the reasoning behind each concept. Confident working with performance data and using it to guide creative decisions. Experience managing creative production, including briefing and directing external collaborators and production teams.
