Job Description Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Create engaging content to market our products and attract new customers Host live sessions to showcase products, respond to customer inquiries, and drive sales Respond promptly to customer messages, inquiries, and comments Generate leads, convert followers into customers, and process orders Prepare quotes and invoices using the internal system Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch Monitor order fulfillment to ensure products are delivered in good condition and within timelines Communicate proactively with clients in case of delays or issues, maintaining trust and professionalism Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities as needed Requirements Recent graduate (Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field) Must be based in or around Kiambu Town Strong interest in social media marketing and online sales Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Confident communicator with good customer service skills Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different departments Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
