Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow avocado export volumes across key international markets. Identify, pursue, and manage relationships with importers, distributors and wholesalers’ buyers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform sales planning and forecasting. Collaborate with farms, operations, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with export standards. Manage branding, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer engagement. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review. Represent the company at trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in driving sales growth, regional expansion, and delivering strong revenue performance. Knowledge and experience working with CRM tools Demonstrable knowledge and skills using AI for marketing with specific tools in content creation etc.
