The role is responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and enhancing customer engagement while aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals. Experience 10 years’ marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage. Proven track record in strategic marketing and brand management. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in digital and data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to strengthen brand image and ensure consistent market perception. Lead and manage the marketing and communications team. Strengthen brand positioning and visibility across all channels. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives. Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategy. Oversee marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and public relations. Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI. Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs). Foster cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives. Mentor and develop the marketing team.
