Our mission is to deliver best-of-class communication services to our customers through fast and affordable internet access and reliable network operationKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive revenue growth and market expansion  Lead and manage Regional Sales Supervisors Ensure achievement of sales targets across regions Oversee field sales operations and performance REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS CORE FUNCTIONS Expand market presence across segments (SME & Enterprise) Oversee customer acquisition and onboarding Track sales pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance Align field sales with customer experience and retention teams Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Telecom or related) At least 6 years sales experience (ISP/Telecom preferred) Minimum 3 years in a leadership role Strong commercial, leadership, and analytical skills
