The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals while building long-term client relationships.   Key Responsibilities ✅Sales Strategy & Execution ✅Develop and implement effective ✅sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets ✅Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion ✅Monitor sales performance and optimize strategies accordingly Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve peak performance Establish KPIs and conduct regular performance evaluations - Oversee onboarding and continuous training of sales executives - Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and agents - Lead high-value negotiations and successfully close transactions - Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle - Marketing & Lead Generation - Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities - Oversee lead generation and conversion strategies - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy - Reporting & Administration Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and cover letter
