Salary - Ksh: 60,000 - 100,00 Trident Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Credit Control Officer to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer credit accounts, ensuring timely collections, and minimizing bad debt exposure. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed terms. Follow up on overdue invoices through calls, emails, and official correspondence. Reconcile customer statements and resolve billing discrepancies. Review and recommend customer credit limits. Prepare aging reports and provide regular debtor status updates. Negotiate repayment plans where necessary. Maintain accurate debtor records and collection notes. Escalate high-risk accounts to management. Support month-end closing by ensuring debtor balances are accurate. Ensure adherence to company credit policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA Part II / ACCA qualification is an added advantage. At least 3 years’ experience in credit control or debt collection. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems. High level of integrity and professionalism.
