Job Function: Perform duties as per the standard operating procedures.
Key Accountabilities: Responsible for the custody and delivery of goods to customers in a timely manner. Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs. Engage Warehouse Manager/Company Pharmacist on any customer queries. Report all motorbike defects and maintenance requirements to Fleet Manager immediately. Properly account for fuel, mileage and consumables issued on the motorbike. Correctly complete the movement chart for all journeys undertaken. Report any accidents and injuries to the management immediately. Maintain ongoing communication with the dispatch team and the fleet manager. Operate the Motorbike strictly within the designated area of operation. Operate the Motorbike in compliance to all traffic laws. Keep abreast with changes in traffic rules and regulations. Perform any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
Qualifications: Minimum High school certificate or equivalent.
Skills and Experience: 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Must have Assessment Test from AA Kenya. Valid driving License.
