IT Support Specialist About the job Responsibilities Oracle ERP Applications and Database administration, Training and support. ICT Projects implementation. ( Network, Security, Software, Hardware and Application Projects) Ensure smooth operations of the central systems and communications infrastructure. Implement IT strategic plan in support of the company’s corporate and business plans. Ensure the security and integrity of the systems and equipment at all times. Formulate and implement the company’s ICT policies. ICT Assets Allocation and Management. Network configuration, Monitoring and Maintenance of Local Area Network. IT Service provider selection and contracts management. Procurement of ICT equipment. Support Senior Management with Online tendering processes, Audio and Video Teleconferencing support Key Competencies Excellent knowledge of  technical  management, information analysis and of IT hardware/software. Expertise in data management and data governance. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation Agile project management skills Experience installing, configuring, and managing both wired and wireless LAN, and firewalls Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience. ERP Deployment and skills on Support and Usage CCNA course desired, MCSE or equivalent experience is required. At least five years of experience in IT Support in a manufacturing set up.
