This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, client management, and commercial acumen. Job Description Lead end-to-end delivery of outsourced Accounting, Payroll, and Fund Management services Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention Review financial reports, payroll outputs, tax and statutory filings, and fund reports for accuracy and compliance Provide clients with financial insights, advisory support, and business guidance Drive business development through client expansion, referrals, and new opportunities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team Ensure efficient processes, system utilization, and continuous improvement Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA(K), ACCA or equivalent qualification (mandatory) 6–8 years’ relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or outsourced services At least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role Proven experience managing multiple clients and service delivery Strong knowledge of accounting systems, payroll platforms and tax/ statutory platforms Key Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent client relationship and communication skills High attention to detail and quality delivery Strong organizational and multitasking ability Commercial awareness and business development capability Ability to drive systems adoption and process improvements
