Reeds Africa consult (RAC) consultants have a combined experience of over 18 years and are very well capable of achieving sustainable, productive performance growth with full compliance as your HR partner of choice.Job Purpose: The Sales Team Leader drives revenue growth by leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Sales Executives while managing their own portfolio of key accounts. This position combines leadership, account management, and direct selling responsibilities, ensuring both team and individual targets are consistently achieved. Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Executives to meet and exceed targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales pipeline meetings. Develop and implement sales strategies and activity plans aligned with company goals. Coordinate and oversee sales campaigns, field visits, and product demonstrations. Business Development & Account Management Manage your own portfolio of clients while supporting the broader team’s prospecting efforts. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and upselling. Collaborate with technical and product teams to prepare tailored solution proposals. Reporting & Performance Analysis Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance using CRM tools. Monitor revenue targets, sales funnels, and conversion rates. Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with marketing and product departments to align messaging and promotional activities. Share client feedback to improve product quality and service delivery. Qualifications & Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Diploma in Sales & Marketing or certification in software sales is an added advantage. 4–6 years of experience in software or IT solutions sales. At least 2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior sales role. Proven track record in B2B sales — ideally with SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software products. Proficiency in using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive). Strong understanding of software solutions, product demos, and licensing models. Competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis for reporting. Key Competencies Excellent leadership and coaching abilities. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
