Commission Sales Associate (Solar & Water Solutions)
We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and self-driven sales professionals who are hungry to grow their income while helping customers access reliable solar and water solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, closing deals, and earning based on performance.
If you are aggressive in sales, confident in communication, and ready to grow in the renewable energy industry, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Be Selling
You will market and sell:
Home solar backup systems
Solar floodlights & streetlights
Solar pumps & borehole solutions
Solar Inverters & lithium batteries
Portable power stations
Water treatment systems
Energy-saving solutions for homes and businesses
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads daily
Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital platforms
Conduct client meetings and product presentations
Understand customer energy or water needs and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
Build strong long-term customer relationships
Achieve agreed monthly sales targets
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, quotations, and sales activities
Support customers throughout the sales journey.
What We Are Looking For(Required Skills & Qualities)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in approaching and speaking to customers
Self-driven and highly motivated
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn through commissions
Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills
Organized and disciplined in reporting and tracking leads
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, marketing, field sales, or business development
Experience in solar, electrical, construction, water, or related industries is an added advantage
Basic understanding of solar products is a plus (training will also be provided)
Certificate, diploma, or degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field is an advantage
Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel, Google Sheets & forms, and social media for sales
