What you'll do Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across Swap, P2P, and Web3 payment products, including trading competitions, learn-to-earn modules, and referral programs Manage performance marketing operations across Twitter/X, Telegram, and mobile ad networks with continuous A/B testing of creative and incentive structures Own lifecycle marketing execution, including push notification flows, in-app messaging sequences, and reactivation campaigns via WhatsApp and email Track campaign ROI and funnel metrics, iterating rapidly based on activation and retention data without reliance on exact numerical projections in external communications Build and scale a distributed ambassador network across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa, handling recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management Coordinate micro-event execution, including campus meetups, community hangouts, and P2P trading tutorials led by ambassador teams Present monthly growth reviews with period-over-period comparisons across key product dimensions Maintain operational tracking systems for campaign performance, ambassador rosters, and budget allocation What you'll need 2 to 4 years of experience in growth marketing, campaign operations, or community management, with at least 1-2 years spent in a crypto exchange or Web3 wallet environment Demonstrated experience managing large-scale community programs, ambassador networks, or campus representative systems with measurable acquisition outcomes Deep familiarity with African crypto communities and communication channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter/X, and TikTok Exceptional resourcefulness and ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with limited supervision and incomplete information Strong operational rigor and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams including campaigns, ambassador relationships, events, and data reporting Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboard tools, and making decisions based on performance metrics without over-reliance on exact figures Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to coordinate effectively with global remote teams and local ground teams simultaneously Based in Lagos, Nairobi, Accra, or willing to relocate, with availability for domestic and regional travel as needed If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!
